It is with pleasure, my husband and I highly recommend Paul Boillot as an architect. He took our very vague vision and dreams and turned them into reality. When we began the process, we were living out of state. Paul communicated regularly and sent us design ideas via the internet as we finalized the design process.
Paul provided much more than just the design for us. He met with us on the property to determine the positioning of the home, he set up and helped us interview and determine the general contractor, he did regular checks on the progress and sent us photo updates, and met with us as we chose stone, flooring and cabinetry. The process of building a home from the design stage seemed overwhelming, especially as we were out of state, but Paul was so comprehensive in his service, that things went smoothly.
Paul’s design ideas and suggestions bring us compliments from all that visit the home. It is beautiful, but very functional as we have 13 grandkids, 5 large grand dogs and numerous guests. He came up with great and practical use of space, as well as fun ideas like the kid’s secret toy room under the eaves.
We have now lived in the home almost 18 months and we can honestly say that there isn’t one thing we would change which we find amazing. In every room we find his hand. He is such a part of our home, he is almost family. Whether building from the ground up or remodeling, you can’t go wrong with Paul.
